NCKU signs MOU with MSU to promote academic cooperation

In line with the development of friendly international cooperation, NCKU and Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) both agreed to strengthen the partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding for long-term academic and scholarly exchanges purpose.
The MOU indicates that there will be a research center established for mutual interests, and both sides will dedicate to promote the mutual understanding, academic collaboration, cultural and scholar exchanges.
