Simon Ma 擁有超過20年工程與管理經驗，曾任職於 TSMC、ITRI、Quantenna、Imagination Technologies 等知名科技公司，專長涵蓋 RF、無線通訊、SoC設計與AI晶片開發，並擁有 23項美國專利。自2020年起，他專注於 邊緣AI與大型語言模型（LLM） 的應用推動，協助各產業導入AI轉型。
Simon Ma's Bio
Simon Ma is a seasoned engineering executive and AI innovator with over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across the U.S., Taiwan, and China. He has held key leadership positions in engineering teams at renowned technology companies such as ITRI, TSMC, Quantenna, and Imagination Technologies. His areas of specialization include RF, wireless systems, SoC design, and computer architecture, and his technical innovations have resulted in 23 U.S. patents.
Since 2020, Simon has focused on leveraging his deep hardware expertise and business operations knowledge to drive the development of edge AI chips and large language model (LLM) solutions. He currently leads teams exploring AI applications across various industries, working closely with both emerging ventures and established organizations to accelerate their AI adoption.
Simon's commitment to cultivating the next generation of AI talent is a beacon of hope for the future of AI. For over three years, he has led AI study groups, mentoring young engineers and guiding them from foundational theories to advanced applications. His active involvement in the CIE community, where he served as President of the San Francisco chapter in 2017, promotes the belief that 'AI is for Everyone.
